OCTA Sets Course for All Zero-Emission Buses by 2040

The Orange County Transit Authority has approved a plan to convert all of Orange County, CA’s bus fleet to Zero-Emission vehicles by 2040. Earlier this year, OCTA debuted 10 hydrogen fuel-cell electric buses, and  have just announced approval to add 10 plug-in battery-electric buses. They are testing out both zero-emission options to collect data and learn which choice is best to continue with.
