Q&A

Questions and answers will be posted here as they come in, up until the deadline.

  • Q: Does developing a work plan for Tech University Resources preclude that consultant from also winning an award to update those resources in a later contract?
A: No; future contracts to update resources will be evaluated separately. However, consultants should build their response with the assumption that they will also update the resources they identify by the end of March 31, 2025 so that they provide the updates they suggest. This could mean fewer but better updates.
  • Q: What is the budget for this project?
A: Consultants should provide the price for which they are prepared to perform this work. For Task 1, that can be built around the maximum number of hours stated.
  • Q: What is the expected amount of work for Task 2?
A: Consultants should indicate the amount of work they expect they can complete by March 31, 2025. This can be number of resources, an indication of in-depth updates to a few resources, or another format that shows the value-add this will provide.
