However, ensuring that you have gotten data that is robust and that answers your questions is harder than you might expect. Many transit agencies struggle to ask the right questions, and then to get answers from the people that the system serves. Use this worksheet to set your feedback journey on the right route and to start collecting customer feedback in a way that maximizes your ability to serve your community.
