Data Flow Mapping Tool

All of the processes from fares to scheduling rides are made up of several steps that involve different software systems. Information flows through those software systems either in a streamlined automatic process or through manual data input. N-CATT designed this tool to help transit systems map out how information flows from one system to another and enables agencies in providing a complete trip.

N-CATT has designed this tool to help transit agencies think through the technology they have now and how it is helping them work towards their goals. This helps an agency understand the current state of their technology and identify priorities to improve their processes. N-CATT has set up an account feature for this tool, so that you can save your work for later and generate multiple diagrams to allow for experimentation.
